Refund policy

Merchandise in original condition, with its tags intact, can be returned within 15 days after an in-store purchase or within 15 days of the date of a shipped item. If returned with a gift receipt, a FORMAL SOCIETY Gift Card credit or merchandise exchange will be provided. All products must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached. Please use the Return Form to process a return.

Gift Cards cannot be returned, and all formal wear is final sale.

All SALE ITEMS are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return. 

All FORMAL WEAR is FINAL SALE

The original shipping fees are non-refundable and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping. 

Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Any sign of wear or a damaged shoebox will make the shoes ineligible for return.
