Shipping:
· Shipping is FREE on all U.S. orders $75 and over! Shipping for orders under $75 is calculated by weight. All standard shipping orders are shipped with USPS.
· Shipping is $25 USD for Canada or FREE on orders over $175 USD.
· Shipping is $50 USD Internationally.
· Orders are processed and shipped out within 2-3 Business Days
· Orders placed after 2pm EST will be shipped the NEXT business day.
· FREE local pickup is available in Lebanon, OH (please select local pickup at checkout for this option).
Returns:

Merchandise in original condition, with its tags intact, can be returned within 14 days for a store credit. All products must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags attached. Please use the Return Form to process a return.

Remember, Gift Cards cannot be returned, and all formal wear is final sale.

The original shipping fees are non-refundable and it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping.

Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Any sign of wear or a damaged shoebox will make the shoes ineligible for return.

All returned items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached. If returned items do not meet the above criteria, they will not be accepted for return and sent back to the customer

How will I receive my Store Credit?
Expect an emailed Store Credit within 2-4 business days of the delivery of your return. Store Credit is calculated automatically to reflect any discounts and taxes at the time of purchase. Store Credit is not processed the day your item is delivered as it must be sorted, inspected, and processed.
What if I paid with Afterpay or ShopPay?
Afterpay/ShopPay purchases are subject to TCR's standard Return Policy of Store Credit Only for items returned within 14 days of fulfillment. Suppose you've returned your order - partial or full - and you haven't paid off all of your Afterpay/ShopPay installments. In that case, you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the total purchase amount, and you will receive a Store Credit for the total amount of the item(s) being returned.
